"Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

"The property was accurate to the description and very clean. The pool area is very nice and we spent most of our time outside in the pool having fun. The home is located in a authentic area and sets behind the jungle so the views was actually more then I thought there was. I will be back for sure"

Our stay was restful and restaurants nearby were fantastic. "Had my bachelorette party with 14 of us and it was nothing short of amazing. Jen, the host and owner is a true professional, far exceeded all my expectations. Everything was planned from the moment we got out of customs; tours were all close by, location is perfect. Loved seeing the monkeys on the property and even spotted a sloth. The photos do not even do this place justice, the property is huge in the jungle but was like we had this resort all to ourselves. Jaco and Hermosa beach are...

"The property and its view is as beautiful as the pictures describe. Tino provides great assistance as the day to day property manager. The pool and surrounding areas is wonderful and the 11 grandkids loved it. It is very close to the beaches, Jaco, and a host of other sites. The one huge negative is the driveway getting up to the property. You literally feel like you are taking your life into your hands each time up and down because it is so treacherous. "Although in a beautiful location, this home needs some work. Two of the guests felt so uncomfortable that they left for a hotel! Overall, most of us was ok, but some details such as pics of all the rooms on the listing and status of electronics should have been detailed accurately!"

"If you are a large family this is a great place. Great views from patio close to beaches, town and all the activities you want without a 3hr drive. Natalia was so easy to work with. We used her to book all our activities and she did not disappoint. They all where awesome and worth the money. Highly recommend the Chef service. Can’t say enough! Food was amazing and no cleaning for a fam of 17 worth every dime!"
