"It was a perfect stay! Our room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant was excellent, as we had a quick lunch there in between activities. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were so kind and chatted with us about the area and our trip and gave recommendations when asked. We would definitely book here again if returning to the area. Thank you! "

Nice hotel and 12 mile circular route (walk or bike) was great. Only negative is the noise in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Could fully hear the bbc news from next door and any noise from people in the corridors. "

"I arrived after a rather heart-stopping journey through Storm Darragh. And as I was checking in the power went off. There were a few refugees from the storm and staff who couldn't get home after their shift. The kitchen was in darkness and powerless so no food available but the bar did stay open! The staff were cheerful and helpful finding a duvet to wrap up a chilly lady. True community spirit at it's best!"
