The property is lovely and clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff of exceptionally friendly and accommodating. If you have business at the university it’s a definite must."

"The property is ideally located and parking is available. The hotel is a little old and dated, but has a lot of character and history. Ideally placed right in the centre of town. The Staff are the hotel's best asset helpful, friendly and professional with lots of local knowledge. The ensuite room was a good size had everything we needed again note the building is quite old so forgive the uneven floors or creaks for us that's part of the character of the hotel and we liked it. There's lots of local restaurants pubs beer gardens and cocktail bars around and it's a short stroll along the river bank nearby. "
