"Apartment is great if you want to be right in the heart of the city but during our stay the front door to the apartment complex did not lock and was not fixed during our 2 night stay. Did not make us feel the safest, thankfully the area seemed safe. The bed is not the comfiest, and the bathroom is very small. "

Impassable ford of the River Weaver. Woodcotthill Road apparently once forded the River Weaver (left to right foreground) at this point; however, as the depth gauge (4 ft) reveals, the ford is impassable to vehicles. The road is still marked as a ford to the north but as a no-through road to the south. A footbridge (out of view on right; see this image) allows people and bicycles to pass with dry feet. The River Weaver is here the boundary between the Cheshire civil parishes of Newhall and Wrenbury cum Frith.
