"From check in to check out, this stay was amazing! The ENTIRE staff is top notch. It was my daughter's birthday and they all acknowledged her. She was over the moon. The security, front desk, rooms and cleaning people were all the absolute best. The shower was the best as well - nice hot water without issue. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Front desk staff was very helpful with assisting with parking options amd making recommendations. They were very friendly. My view of grant park was awesome. Only negative would be the homeless man walking up and down the street sometimes causing a scene with drivers and people crossing the street."
