"The front desk, the restaurant staff and amenities were all very good. However on Expedia the booking was for 2 beds but the hotel did not have availability. They went the extra mile to accomodate us which was nice. Kenny was very good polite and patient. The restaurant was good but the salmon on letter came with some plastic in it (likely the wrapper), they had changed it but the next one had the plastic too. I did not complain the second time. They took off the charges. Overall, very good stay...

"The main concern I have is that at check in, the young lady who checked me in was supposed to check me in for 1 day but did two instead so therefore I was charged for 2 night stay. Now I have to go through a process to get reimbursed. Lastly, the "packets" with the sugar, powdered creamer etc are antiquated. One sugar and one powdered creamer are nothing. I put four pieces of Hershey's chocolate in my coffee because with the one sugar, my coffee was still bitter. How about a new display/combo...

"We went to stay overnight to catch our early morning flight. Checkin process was seamless and shuttle service was on time. One issue was that breakfast was not open until 7 AM. If breakfast opens at 6 AM it will be good for travellers who would like to leave early"

"Great place to stay and shop in the outlets! The reception staff was bit rude and not friendly. Request a bottle of water and charge me for it then for me to go to the room there was water there. Little things make a bit difference when traveling to differ culture. Should learn to put customer first "

"Have stayed here a bunch of times - great location very close to the L and to lots of shopping and dining. The staff this time around was excellent (had to get a package shipped here and they were very helpful; also had to get some things out of a malfunctioning safe and the staff took care of it in excellent time). Altogether this was a great place to stay. "

"Went with the family and everything we wanted to do was 30min away so the drive wasnt terrible. And they have a McDonald's next door and a gas station if you need to fill up or get snacks witch both are walking distances witch is great. "
