"Our family (10 members total) stayed for 1 week in this house. We loved the location to the beach and the public beach access. House was very clean and plenty of space. Only suggestion/change was to have outside lighting under the deck by the pool. We wanted to sit outside by the pool and swim at night but were unable to due to no lighting, it would be if they could improve/fix this, so others could swim and sit by the pool at night. "Cozy and clean half of duplex. Walkable neighborhood was a bit noisy with lots of jet traffic from nearby base. Very convenient with lots of attractions, shops and restaurants minutes away. Pet friendly with fenced in yard. Check in was very easy. Host asked how stay was going and allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated."

"The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to Hollywood cemetery, and my husband loved being able to easily bike to both the Pump House park and to the Belle Isle bridge. Everything else was an easy drive(under 10 minutes). The property was clean and, check in/out was very easy. We would absolutely stay again."

"We stayed at this home Christmas week. It proved the perfect base for family aged 87 to 16. There was room enough for everyone to spread out. Commuications were excellent and host was very responsive. Our goal was to be able to have both traditional holiday dinners and gatherings and the adventure of exploring monuments and museums.The set up would also be convenient for families with younger children. If you want plush spa towels and fine linens - like you might expect at a hotel - bring them....

"Perfect for a family member’s birthday. The back yard is lovely. Had many deer come visit. Even with no leaves on the trees couldn’t make out the road way behind. Peaceful and quiet with so many great restaurants nearby ( and the regular Williamsburg attractions too, but not what we were there for.) Grocery store just a minute up the road, we enjoyed cooking for everyone in the kitchen. The house is well laid out for a small gathering. "
