Only downside, small kitchen that's a squeeze once a few people want to prep / cook. Also barely any space to store food. Took a peek at the dorm rooms and they look a squeeze. Parking is on the streets nearby which are VERY busy in the evening, so took a fair bit of searching to find a space."
