"The Hotel amenities were superb. The room was clean, and they kept it clean every day. The all inclusive is good, but the variety of food could be better. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). "Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. "Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "Beautiful area, amazing swimming pool with sun loungers available. Breakfasts were delicious, my son said the best eggs he’s ever had! Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely little touches like bottled water and toiletries. Super helpful at reception and security staff helpful out of hours. "

"Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ready to soak up some Tenerife sunshine while brushing up on your Spanish? This hotel is the place!
