"Hotel was very clean. The All inclusive was very confusing and the times that you could eat in some restaurants was also confusing. The food in the buffet restaurant breakfast was very nice lunch time was ok but the evening was the same every night. If you liked salad you would be ok. Sometimes it took a long time to get a drink as you are not able to go to the bar to get one yourself and had to wait for a member of staff to see you waiting. The weather was not that kind (out of the Hotels...

Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

"Stayed here some years ago, so knew the local. We only popped to Tenerife for 2 nights (yes, it’s perfectly doable as a short break). We had a 3rd floor room with sea view. Bed was comfy and lovely view. Would recommend. "

"A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. Negatives - the coffee at breakfast is truly disgusting, the beds are very hard, the hotel has a very 80’s vibe and decor - think dark wood laminate, foamy ceiling tiles, one buffet restaurant (no ala carte), dismal...

"Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed.
