Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. "Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit.
