"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "

"We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them. The staff were all so friendly and service was very good.The lady on concierge (sorry I can’t remember her name ) was really helpful. Lots of restaurant recommendations and she will book a table for you. It’s a 15 min walk to La Caleta which has lovely restaurants and about the same walk the other way to Adeje which we found rather busy ! We will definitely return "

"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. Super comfy bed & sofa, and nice loungers and a table outside on the balcony. Plenty of space around the pools to find somewhere to relax, and the drinks/snacks were great. We ate at the Italian restaurant on the lower level, but the upper level seafood place buffet area looked amazing under the fairy lights. There was some live music on, created a nice atmosphere. Food wine all great, and the service we got at the restaurant was above & beyond. Lovely touch having the tiramisu made at your table! It was delicious. Very reasonable prices too which surprised us - we paid more for a far lesser experience down on Fanabe beach. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want & more & we arranged a late check out to hang around by the pool for the afternoon before our rearranged flight. It was pure chance we ended up at this resort but it turned out to be an amazing way to end a week in Tenerife. Already planning a return trip!"
