"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

" Lots of pluses. Apartment and complex were beautiful and just perfect. Superb pool. Quiet throughout. Great but simple security throughout. Only minus was location was a long walk from bars etc. However the bar and restaurant around the pool was open til 9.00 every night and was good value. We would very much recommend Adeje Paradise complex to anyone."

"The views from this holiday home in the middle of a banana plantation are just breathtaking. If you want a more authentic visit away from the tourist-y parts of Tenerife, this is perfect. The nearby town is vibrant and friendly, as is the caretaker and the Novasol office. And there were complimentary bananas. Highly recommend."

"The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. Also it would’ve been useful to have some local details in the apartment. For example nearest pharmacy, medical centre, refuse bins, bus services, market days, places to visit, taxi services...

"Texts regarding check in went unanswered so we phoned the same number and got a reply. Met Abraham at the complex and he took us to the property. It was not the property we booked! Apparently the property we had booked was unavailable due to "humidity in the walls". Damp? This doesn't happen overnight. "There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. "
