"There's a lot to like here. Great location, a 15 minute drive from Porto de la Cruz, and only 40 minutes to the south island beaches. Located on a hillside, a great view of Mt. "Texts regarding check in went unanswered so we phoned the same number and got a reply. Met Abraham at the complex and he took us to the property. It was not the property we booked! Apparently the property we had booked was unavailable due to "humidity in the walls". Damp? This doesn't happen overnight. Why were we not told about this at the time so that we could have made alternative arrangements? Presumably because they didn't want to lose the booking. The property we were given had NO air con....

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"The property was excellent, with very good facilities such as kitchen equipment shower etc. The only downside was the internet tv which J found very difficult to manage, although Julie was prompt and helpful in sorting it out.Our one big reservation was the location of the apartment, which was up a long steep hill from the shops, not suitable for those with mobility issues or without a car.."

"Cannot fault the apartment and location. We stay in about 3 self-catering apartments a year and I rate this in the top 3 we have ever stayed in. View excellent, accommodation perfect, air-conditioning in the bedroom, great quality kitchen utensils, opening of the glass wall brings the outside in. "This apartment is wonderful! In a quieter area but you can walk to shopping and restaurants or drive to las americanas area for more options and nightlife. Everything you need is accessible and a large grocery up the road. The pools are nice and not too crowded. The owner, Paco, gave us great recommendations and was easy to contact with questions.
