Everyone we encountered was polite, helpful and a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was superb and kept very well stocked, the bar food was also great. "We were a group of friends for the festive party. The Village would have known how many people were booked in, yet only 2 bar staff were allocated to the bar. We had to keep leaving the room to get drinks from the main bar. Why not just put more staff on? The breakfast options were good, BUT when asked where to put some recycled items, we were told to put it in the bin. How is that eco-friendly?"
