It was ideally situated for touring around the area, and even though the apartment was in the town, it was quiet and only a few minutes walk to shops and eating places. The owner was quick to respond to a query we had, and gave us useful information prior to our visit. A relaxing and enjoyable stay, plenty of places to visit and local walks. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. "3 flights of stairs was not fun after eating out. Our particular room had a view of a dark alley, would have liked a view of the main attraction “The Rows”, which other rooms had. Would be great for someone who loves to shop or try out local pubs."
