"I stayed here for one night extended my work trip. This location was very reasonable on price. I felt very safe at this facility and did not experiance any issues. They have storage lockers to store all your belongings. The upstairs lounge was very nice with a great view of the Toyko tower. I was able to sit up their and have a beer while completing some work. Would highly recommend."

"Everything was great. From check in, to having my own locker, new towels and Pjs every day and just necessary essentials. I was not comfortable with the bed. I stayed multiple nights with just a thin pad you’re lying on. Not comfortable at all. Besides that, I don’t have any other complaints. I enjoyed being walking distance to the metro. That’s imperative to have. "

Note, if you’re coming here with your partner and booked a side by side capsule on the all gender floor, youre not allowed to share the same bed but if you can look past that for one night like we did, you’ll feel the true experience of a Japanese capsule.
