"Check in and out was so simple. It was like a maze to get my room because of shape of building. I saw dust on the edge of outlet cover, tissue box and so on, I know it’s small thing but if they can clean there then perfect. I’m a cleaner also so I can see those. Totally worth it to stay there."

"The cleanest and most spacious pod I have stayed in central Tokyo. Of course I’m rating this as a capsule hotel as it comes with most of the setbacks of a capsule (basically having to share everything lololol). Having said that, I think the only drawback was the space for luggage as the lockers were very narrow and even my wheelie duffle didn’t fit inside the locker. Everything was super clean and staff very friendly. "

"A little annoying they switched from ac to heating so we were a little uncomfortable for most of our stay. Some parts of the hotel were old and seem to need repairs and the laundry did fine cleaning but the dryer was horrendous but I just went to nearby coin laundry. Still the room was great for the price and the convenience of the location is top notch. The staff was super friendly and despite the negatives i would stay here a 3rd time"

"What a wonderful property !! I stayed in the 8th floor (all female dorm) and it was clean and very quiet. They had amenities (aside from toothpaste) in the washrooms so you don’t need to bring anything if you don’t need. "I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!"
