Why have excellent mattresses on your beds and the worst - light as air, flimsy, no substance, one's head falls to the bed within seconds - doesnt make sense !!!"

Also, turning into the street where the hotel is located was difficult as it involved making a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic waiting for the traffic light.
