"Conveniently located near Universal Studios Orlando. Quiet surroundings and easily accessible. Staff was nice. Room was appealing and comfortable. Nice plush bed and slept very well. Bathroom was just fine. A/C unit worked well but a bit noisy at times. Overall everything had a clean appearance. Liked the good breakfast and parking included. Disliked that the elevator was under maintenance."

"I actually found the room really comfortable and nice, especially for the price. The only drawbacks were 1. The AC went out in the lobby the day we checked in so it was uncomfortable while we waited to get settled in and 2. It’s right beside a jail or prison so you would get a view of razor wire if you’re on the rear face of the property. The front desk agent was nice but did make an error that required her to void a card transaction and re-run it and she was talking about ghosts in hospitals...

"The property was great, room clean and staff at time of arrival was great. Only disappointment I had was the staff the day before checking in. My wife and I called the night before asking a couple questions about the check in process. One of the questions he could not answer and stated the customer who was standing in front of him was more important than us and our questions. We made that call the night of the 20th, and he stated he worked until 7am that next morning. Again, not sure of the...
