"the room was nice and very clean, newly refurbished, well heated, good shower room, included a kettle and large tv and all as described so very happy and would return. but access via the metal stairs in wet weather is uncomfortable and its a bit unusual to not have any face to face contact"

"Our stay was amazing we took the grandchildren as we went to Reindeer lodge on the Saturday. The hostess left everything you might need and the horse came across to see us every day which the girls loved. There was only one fault which didn't affect our stay one of the keys to the french window didnt work and i forgot to let them know as it wasnt a problem because we just used the front door .We would definitely come back here again. "

"Comfortable stay, pleasant location. Room clean and had everything needed for our one night stay. Unfortunately no bar or restaurant at present but a communal room with fridge and microwave available if needed."

"A little tucked away - so be aware not to drive by it quickly on the A55. Staff were excellent and the Burger King next door was great - the food was yummy (better than other BK's I've been too). Ideal location for onward trips to North Wales"
