"Unhelpfully cancelled on the day we were meant to arrive. I didn't know the area at all as I had never been there and asked for suggestions for else where to stay and didn't even get a reply. She said there was water damage that needed to be fixed, maybe, but could have at least given some ideas on where else to stay."

"The Shaka Studio was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and location of this lodging, since it was close to many places on our "must see" list, such as Waimea Valley. Micah answered our texts and phone calls whenever help was needed, so we would definitely stay here again if looking for a place to crash around NE Oahu. Mahalo for having us!"

"I prefer not to stay in Waikiki and this hotel is in a great location. The staff is good. Be aware that this place also has private residences. Their owners also rent on this app. It is not always clear if you are renting the hotel side or the private side. The owner of my unit didn't forward the reservation. Hotels.com quickly remedied the situation and booked me into the hotel side. Parking is not included and self parking is $35/day. "

"There aren’t too many times you stay someplace where it really checks all of the boxes. No problems, easy parking (not free mind you, but easy parking), good water pressure (cuz when it isn’t, that’s no fun), kitchen, and then the view… this property undersold the view. The view of the marina and ocean were fantastic. Friday night fireworks were icing on the cake perfectly visible from our room. "

"I had looked at many rentals all over the island but I kept coming back to Ko’Olina. It was perfect for our family! The pools are amazing! And coves were perfect for my school aged kiddos to swim in. We visited mid November and the rest of the island was pretty drizzly. Ko’Olina had amazing weather. "The house is lovely. They have supplied the home with many things that a person might need, beach towels, coffee, dishes, etc. The neighborhood is nice. The house is about an hour drive from Waikiki. So we were out of the hustle and bustle but close enough that we could visit places like Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, etc. Our only drawback was we picked this location because they have a pool and hot tub in the community.
