It was very clean and had everything we needed including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pickle ball paddles, tennis rackets, and tennis balls. Before buying those items check at the house if they are still there! (some items were probably left by previous guests). Pots, pans, blender were in good order (bring stainless steel pans/pots if you don't cook with Teflon cookware though). The beds and pillows were comfortable, especially the king...
