"The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again...

"We loved the Koko hotel in Osaka!! The staff was SUPER helpful right off the bat. We arrived and I realized I left my kindle in the hotel in Kyoto. They helped me by calling the hotel and having it shipped there; it arrived the next day and only cost ¥400. Also, after we left we went to Okinawa for 6 nights, and only needed some of our luggage. "Situated approximately a brisk 10 minute walk from either Namba or ebisucho station, this was a convenient property. Rooms are small as appropriate for japan but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a little tight. We had a fridge included in the rooms we stayed in which i dont remember feom the amenties which meant the property catered for all our needs. Staff were helpful and lovely"
