"This property had no working heat we were huddled sleeping 3 across a queen bed for 2 nights because of only being given 2 blankets. The host didn’t respond until the next day and when they did it was a long list of items to complete in order to get the heat working which didn’t end up working. Also no hot water. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed."

"apartment no. 1 was supposed to be for three people (I paid/booked for three) but in reality the table was only for two and the chairs were also only two. "Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna. "

Another great stay at the Meridien in Vienna

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."
