"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"The parking is not within the property so you have to park your car in the parking lot which is 6-7 minutes walking distance from the property. Our room did not have a view from the window but it was nice. We would stay there again."

The rooms are plenty spacious and the bar / social area is warmly lit and friendly. The other guests staying were welcoming and chatty but would give you space if needed to. And the onsen!? Amazing. The stone bath is a great size to relax in and you can book a slot for the evening before you head out in the morning, the cypress...
