Words cannot describe the private open air bath which we used as much as possible. "We had the most incredible stay here while visiting Hakone. The location is ideal: a 2 min walk from the main train station and right on the river. "Great staff: we reached very late at night. The manager was kind enough to extend our onsen reservation for half hour without us asking. He stayed well past the midnight to make sure our onsen experience is complete! We are so grateful to him. "Beautiful, relaxing unit with foot bath and private onsen. Sauna room too but did not have time to use it. Communication tablet worked well when we had questions. No microwave and no coffee refulls but refrigerator had snacks and drinks upon late arrival so that was a relief!
