"The overall stay was ok. My heater was loud in my first room and I was able to switch rooms the second night. The rooms need upgrading but ok for an overnight stay. No one answered when I called the front desk several times from my room phone so I had to call the hotel directly for assistance on two separate occasions. The front desk agent, Kim, was very nice and polite. The continental breakfast was ok. The juice was very diluted and the oatmeal was instant in packages."

"I was here for about 43 days and i will tell you its a great location, one block frim magnificant mile food and shopping. Transportation is only a block away from bus and train.frint desk is very helpfull amd always willing tonheld if need be, very friendly. Breakfast is pretty solid, eggs, cinnamin rolls waffle maker , beef and turkey sausage as well. "I got into town a couple of hours before check in from Indianapolis for one of my friend’s wedding. There was nothing available for early check in. I was about to go out to the car to change before I explained to the lady at the front desk my situation. She hopped on the radio and her cell phone and called the cleaning staff to see how many rooms were done at that time. To my luck, a room was available. "We had a great stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious and had a great view. We loved the location and being able to walk to many restaurants. Hotel breakfast could be much better though. Limited selections ( I wanted pancakes or waffles) but good enough for free. Parking was very pricey but did have in-and-out privileges. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend staying her."

"While the place is getting older and has a lot of older amenities like a stovetop, full-sized refrigerator with freezer, and even a kitchen sink, it's still a great place to stay for both short- and long-term. Easy access to rooms on all sides of the building. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind which really added a special touch to the stay. This is my preferred place to stay when I'm visiting family."
