"Staff was amazing and accommodating. Breakfast/Communal area was tidy and clean. Room was efficient and clean. Parking saved us $ because we attended an event at the United center where parking was $60. The United center is a 10 minute walk and the restaurant across the street had a shuttle. Overall just a great place to stay. "

"Love this hostel! My teenage son and I stay here frequently. We’ve been coming here since he was in elementary school. Safe and lovely neighborhood. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Common areas, rooms, and shared bathrooms are always clean. Good breakfast included with your stay. We will come back time and time again!!"

"What I didn’t like is being charged a holding fee per night I stayed, that’s pretty expensive and most places charge one fee for incidentals so to charge someone 75 bucks per night is really insane, and then to hold on to it for a week is also insane I liked the place but for this reason I will never stay here again "
