Location good although we didn’t have the chance to explore as we were meeting friends for a Christmas lunch the next day. Room was nice and warm and the bed comfortable. "Arrived to find all lights out. Rang up and was informed the keys were under a rock outside. Room was clean but the mattress on the bed was cheap and worn out. It rates as the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. TV was on a low table instead of the wall resulting in a stiif neck to watch it. Nothing in local area to improve my opinion. I will not be staying again."

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."
