"Decent location close to bus/train; walking distance for grocery and a quick Uber to eat costs around 8 pounds. When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep. It’s a bargain for the money if the mattress and clean...

"The description of the accommodation is inaccurate and misleading. There is no kitchen within the accommodation itself, there is a shared kitchen. The furniture was of very poor quality, especially the mattress which was also stained. The shower drain was blocked. There was nowhere to store clothes other than four hangers. The carpet was stained. The bedding was cheap and poor quality. The crockery and cutlery provided was cheap and mismatched. The entrance hallway smelled. Worst of all there...

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."
