"The Staff were very welcoming and very friendly . The valet parking is a bit pricey but worth it. Beds comfy and clean crisp sheets comfy pillows. It’s an older building but please try the Paris Baquette it’s the best !! Great restaurants museums etc Grant Park across the street walk to the Silver Bean . Went to a concert and had a fab weekend . "

"Martha is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the floor could’ve been mopped and washed. When I went in the shower my feet had dirt from the floor on them. Otherwise a great visit."

"His staff was wonderful and helpful. The automatic lights in the bathroom and in the bedroom were terrible turning on and off at all hours call me even when we were in the shower it would turn off. Because of this, we will not come back to this hotel, as it was very annoying. Other areas were fine, except it was a little on the small side."
