"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"行きはタクシーを利用したので迷うことはなかったのですが、駅から歩いてとなると少しだけ分かりにくいかなとは思います。 ですが電話やカウンターでの対応、部屋の感じはとても良くまた福岡に行く機会があれば是非利用したいなと思います。"
