Nice and clean hotel. There are a lot of parking lot near hotel. There is convenience store on the ground floor next to hotel lobby, and a drug store near hotel which is opening from 9am to 12am.

The room is spacious, tidy and clean. Just a bit far away from Hakata Station, needs to take 15 mins by walk. However, bus stops are closed to the hotel. Nice staff and provided very good service. I would recommend the hotel to friends.

Nice hotel except room a little too small I book 3 beds for 3 pax Space very tight , luggage difficult to open Nice location though where you can take bus to any where an has hotel free bus to Hakata station

The rooms were small but the the other facilities of the hotel were great such as the free shuttle bus which takes you to the Hakata station. The breakfast had a variety of dishes to chose from. We would recommend this hotel.

Checking into the hotel went good, but their Check-in machine did not recognize my confirmation number when trying to check-in that way. Staff was great and kind. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Their parking is pricey, but was told you will have a spot for your parking; however I didn’t not utilize it because it was cheaper to park at the coin parking right next to the hotel.

Good but not convenience
New, clean, spacious, very good services and delicious buffet breakfast. Yet, the location is a bit embarrassing as it is a bit far away from underground station. Although the hotel provide shuttle bus service, it only runs one way in the morning every half hour from the the hotel to Hakata Station.

There is a public carpark nearby and convenient. Complimentary drinks and coffee for guests in late afternoon which is excellent ! There is complimentary bath salt for guests but as I am busy during the whole trip that I’m not able to enjoy hot bath at my shower room

The hotel room is in good condition, clean and great in taste. About 10mins walk to hakata station, and there is a shuttle bus to the station too. The breakfast buffet is good and fulfilling. However, 2 minor points worth the staff to pay attention. 1. The cleaning staff put my cloths (pajama) on top of my luggage which everyone should know luggage is not a clean surface. 2. When we decided to buy breakfast voucher at counter at 9:45am, the staff did not inform us the breakfast buffet line will close at 10am and can only stay there till 10:15am. If we knew it earlier, we won’t buy. So we have to rush…
