"とても綺麗で快適に利用できました。駐車場がないことをこちらで把握していなかったので、少し戸惑いましたが、近くにコインパークがあったので問題ありませんでした。付近の道がかなり狭いので大きい車だと不便だったのと、蚊がたくさんいて困ったのと、お風呂に椅子がなく、足の不自由な父に不便さを感じました。しかし、それぐらいでそれ以外の総合評価は非常に良いです。"

"Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA....

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly, and the location is close to many wonderful shopping areas and food selection. Only down was the room was sooo hot even with the windows open we were sweating. The best feature in the room was the ceiling fan which is the only added feature so we could at least sleep comfortably "

The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. "No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."
