Staff was friendly. Breakfast was covered each morning which was nice. Lots of free amenities. Rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but I'm sure most hotels are similar in Japan. Close to lots of shopping areas and transportation.

Really nice hotel for the price. Laundry machines and gym was easily accessible. Gym was empty all three times I went. Nothing fancy, but good! Had dumbbells up to 10kg and smith machine up to 157.5kg. Free coffee in the lounge area 2-11pm. Would come here again.

The location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but there's a few things that are not that great. There was no desk in my room, so it's difficult if you need to sit anywhere besides the bed. Also the carpet in the room is a bit old and dusty so be careful if you're sensitive to that. I wanted to forward my luggage to my next destination directly from the hotel (as it's usually possible), but since this hotel doesn't do pre-payment, I still had to haul my luggage to the airport and send it from there.

A boutique hotel tuck away from the busy street near to Gokufuji subway station or 20 minutes walk to canal city or 30 minutes walk to hakata station. Room are well maintained and decent room size with air purifier in the room. I realised the staff members don't smile much. I suppose only the bigger room comes with a window view others only to be blocked by the adjacent building. House keeping for 4 days stay and above but changing of towels is available. Comfortable bed and sheets.

コンサートに行くために利用しました。海外の方も多く泊まっているためか、利用説明などがわかりやすかったです。また、チェックインの時間帯にはウェルカムドリンク(ワイン、コーヒー)もあり、うれしいサービスも。室内は決して広いわけではないですが、必要最低限の設備はありました。ただ、私の枕元のコンセントが通電しておらず、寝ている間の携帯の充電(目覚ましとして使いたい)ができなかったのが残念でした。

整體感覺良好，除了電梯外，設計感漂亮舒適。 唯一遺憾的事，是入住當日較晚，梳洗完畢準備入睡，拉開床鋪竟發現被單上有數處像血跡的污跡，由於當時已零晨時份，拍了照片和影片走到大堂找職員，要求一張乾淨被袋，職員正休息，看影片沒太清楚，或許以為我是「西客」，半夜找碴，他態度也是很一般，幸好他很快從另一房間找來新的棉被，態度也變好。 除了棉被事件外，其他都很滿意，喜歡大堂開放給住客飲食至晚上十一時，還有免費白酒和咖啡，附近較靜，但有很多隱藏的食店，往其他地方也很方便。 VIP ACCESS可以有免費CAFE餐券和LATE CHECK OUT，非常好！是一間想再訪的酒店。
