"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Stayed here for 10 nights and it was a great stay. Love the usefulness of the washing machine/dryer, microwave and small kitchenette. The room was comfortable for myself as a solo traveler as I was able to spread my things out and keep my luggage open. The TV was a smart tv that enabled casting from your device which is great. "The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

One of them could speak mandarin and helped to translate our requirements to her colleague, who is on the call with the other property. They even wrote a memo to confirm the booking.
