"We were in the area staying overnight for a family birthday party, we had a family room which consisted of a double bed and 2 singles. All beds were clean and the room was spacious and clean although there was a musty smell to the room. The bathroom was spacious with a corner shower unit, the seal for the shower door could do with replacing as kept falling out, and there was no pressure at all on the shower, but we put this down to being right on the top floor of the hotel, had we been there for...

"Really comfortable room, staff at the bar were lovely although we never needed any Healy and were quite self sufficient. Rooms were newly decorated and the beds were great! Couple of issues, the shower head in the Brunel room was leaky (not to the point of it being a major issue) and we think there could do with being a curtain in the small bathroom window for privacy and to help keep it dark. "5 min walk from Bath Abbey and The Roman Baths. Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable on places to eat etc. Longstay car park almost opposite too."

"This was the worst place ive ever stayed in. I had a small room in a terraced house on a rough housing estate. The room needs painting & cupboard was broken. The lady didnt even come out the front room to say hi. The bathroom also needs upgrading. Doors didn't shut properly, so other people in the house had to slam them shut. "
