"The hotel was under construction, but the worker's where mindful of the noise. The rooms where great, lots of space. The only thing missing was closet, iron and hair drier in the room, this was a inconvenience because we had to share the iron. Staff was super friendly and helpful with regards to sights and dining options."

It is a little bit of a walk from the central touristy area of bacalar and a lot of touristy restaurants, but honestly it was great exercise for us and we enjoyed it. Oyo Hotel Marías did process the deposit for a king suite per the contract. The balance was to be paid upon arrival.
