"Very clear instructions by emails after booking. Effective communication by English via email or face to face. Very helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness in common area. Walking distance to both train stations and has bus stop in front of the hostel. Has hot water, coffee & tea supplies & clear instructions on cooking ramen by microwave oven. Could be better if there is a pantry for simple cooking with an individual sink. Will return to this hostel when revisiting Mt. Fuji area again "

"So near to the FujiQ amusement park. A few train stops from Kawaguchiko Station or you can also walk a few hundred meters to the hotel while exploring the area along the way. In the early morning while walking my way back to Kawaguchiko station, Mount Fuji was so clear in full visibility that it looked like a giant & haunting spirit being. It was massive & jaw dropping!
