"This property hands down one of the best properties that I have stayed at. From the view of Mt. Fuji from our room, the check in process, the room, the spa service and the breakfast. Everything detail was worth 5 stars. "

"A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again."

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here. "
