"The hotel was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool for breakfast and then going for a swim. They also made some really good cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and very polite. The food and service at the YOLO restaurant was top notch. They had either live music or a DJ which we loved. Joshua at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us make all our plans and made sure we always had what we needed. Only complaint I would...

"We had three nights stay and we love it. It was brand new place opened up recently. We took a corner room 210 with two balcony overlooking rainforest all the way to ocean. Plenty of wildlife encounter. Monkey to Toucan to Macaw. Chain of hanging bridges was our favorite to stroll in the morning and enjoy the fresh air. Nightly rainfall was amazing - sound and the serenity. Loved it. Staff were super nice. Every one. They coordinated taxi drop off and pickup. Good restaurant recommendations....

"Fantastic customer service started before we even checked in. The front desk woman helped place an order at the restaurant to be ready when we got there because we were arriving later than expected with sleepy kids. We were welcomed with yummy welcome drink which the kids loved and then shown to our room. Our dinner was brought right up which was so nice!
