Great place, very friendly staff. Clean and well located near plenty of restaurants and bars. Nice small pool. You feel like you are in the jungle with wildlife, it’s great. Place feels safe. A bit more variety with included breakfast would be nice. If you get room 5 or 5L be ready to walk up and down a few stairs.

We liked this hidden gem of a property. It was easy and the property was beautifully laid out with plenty of landscaping and wildlife in and around it. Staff was warm, friendly and welcoming. Had plenty of privacy, and centrally located. Rooms were cozy along with covered and open porches overlooking the Ocean. Beautiful view!!!! We would have liked to have had at least a microwave in the room to couple with the coffee maker and fridge. Also, we would have liked the porch door to have had a lock on the door as well, not just the room. We had the free breakfast and it was excellent, but was surprised we had to pay extra for a few slices of bacon to go with it. Im not sure, but they said the bar area might be open sometimes but we never seen it open, would have like to had a drink bedside the beautiful pool they had. Overall, we would definitely come back to this place in the future, Thankyou for letting us stay and check your place out!

The best hotel in Manuel Antonio if you prefer smaller boutique hotels with great staff and great views from the rooms. Dennis the manager is pure gold!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villas Nicholas. Beautiful grounds. We saw more wildlife from our terrace than we did in the National Park. We enjoyed our free breakfast every morning. Everything cooked to perfection.

Great choice if you want to see jungle wildlife right from the Villas . Units and property very well maintained, units are large and has everything you need for the stay.. Being in the jungle and we had some rain did bring the insects around ..

Beautiful grounds with many plants and we saw so many animals on the property!! Macaws living in one of the trees for years, a sloth was living right outside our balcony and many monkeys constantly traveling through. Pool was nice. Nice to have breakfast included. Just note some rooms have many stairs so probably not great for some older people.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable, with a balcony and amazing view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast option was great, you get to eat by the garden next to the pool. We even got to see many wildlife animals here. Would definitely come back!!

We decided on this property based on past reviews. We stayed 7 nights for our 20 year wedding anniversary. This property is truly exceptional and I honestly think it has to be one of the best properties in the area! The staff=wonderful, the grounds=beautiful, the room=amazing, the view=Spectacular! The pool area was great... we actually had a sloth hanging around one day and he was at eye level in arms reach :) plus the monkeys all around the hotel made it such an amazing experience! The included breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was super nice! Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and feels like a little tropical oasis. We were able to see so many monkeys in the trees and it was fun to watch them with the other travellers. Our unit had a big balcony with a hammock to relax and enjoy a distant ocean view. The desk and bar staff were so friendly and made everything easy. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!
