Very clean, very quiet, gorgeous view from our room/balcony and the dining area wonderful staff; we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony in the evening in the middle of the rain forest. "The hotel is in a perfect location, and it is beautiful. It is so convenient to walk out to the beach or to Manuel Antonio National Park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent and affordable for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are decent, but could use better cleaning. We couldn’t walk on the floors without shoes, but it understandable because it is hard to keep it clean from all the beach sand. The bathroom door was filthy with many distinct fingerprints...

"Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Roca. Great views and the pool area was lovely. Also was super convenient for the beach and local shops & restaurants. Very sociable venue too. The breakfast options really require upgrading: their continental breakfast was just fruit & toast, with no options. The facilities generally could also do with an upgrade. We would stay here again. "5 mins walk to the beach, decent size rooms, small but clean swimming pool, good drinks and food menu. It's right next to the road, so some people may find it a little loud, but it was good for the cost we paid. One can definitely stay there a couple of nights without much issue. Their front-desk manager, Leo, is a hilarious and very helpful guy. He helped us with our ATV and Park bookings."
