"Absolutely amazing stay Hotel is just beautiful. I just can’t bear to see exotic fish living in such small bare empty tanks - no plants, no rocks, just emptiness and bright Lights 24/7 thats not how they live in real life. I would prefer to see an incredible statue of picture than the fish in such awful desolate lonely conditions. "

"Hotel was ok overall, except for minor faults in the cleanliness and the facility (bathroom). However, the problem was the loud music from outside. Perhaps, there is a club of some sort. The music was blaring all night, which made it very difficult to have a sound sleep. I strongly think the hotel management should manage this problem for the potential hotel guests. "

"The staffs were very courteous and professional. Can’t go wrong with the location. Not too far from Tunjungan Plaza and there were many street food vendors and intl food chain franchises nearby. Loved the restaurant! It offered delicious food and beverages with reasonable prices. Will go back. "

"An excellent place, everything was shaping up fine - except the receptionist asked to keep my passport overnight, and when I left early to catch a train, there was a different receptionist, no note had been left on my packaged breakfast, remembered too late for a return trip to the hotel, missed my train - it cost me well over a million to get to Bandung that day ...shame really. "The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy"
