"Absolutely amazing stay Hotel is just beautiful. I just can’t bear to see exotic fish living in such small bare empty tanks - no plants, no rocks, just emptiness and bright Lights 24/7 thats not how they live in real life. I would prefer to see an incredible statue of picture than the fish in such awful desolate lonely conditions. "

"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

"Love everthingelse except my room. Should have selected superior room rather than a standard one. The standard room I was assigned to seem to have depleted. No changing room because hotel was on busy week. Breakfast were awesomeeee. The resto even prepared us 'take away' brealfast ad we checked out during early hour of the morning (2 AM). "An excellent place, everything was shaping up fine - except the receptionist asked to keep my passport overnight, and when I left early to catch a train, there was a different receptionist, no note had been left on my packaged breakfast, remembered too late for a return trip to the hotel, missed my train - it cost me well over a million to get to Bandung that day ...shame really. THERE SHOULD BE NO REQUEST TO LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT IN ANY MODERN HOTEL !!"

"Always love staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya. Located in the nice neighborhood of Tunjungan street, it is very convenient to walk around. All the staffs are friendly, from the security greeting you at the gate at the lobby. Room ais lways nice with the best smell amenities that they have. Breakfast is amazing, with local delicacies and authentic flavours. One minus experience is just the TV signal is not really good, so it oftens lose signal in mid-streaming for 1-2 minutes and you can't nicely follow the story. But overall stay experience is really good and nice, will definitely come back again "
