"This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. "The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. Al meternos en la cama a las 11 pm, nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban manchadas y tuvo que venir el chico de recepción a cambiarlas pero nos puso unas que estaban "menos manchadas"!!! ya que el mismo chico nia dijo que todas estaban parecidas.... ¡lamentable! Además, necesitaba lavarme el pelo y pedí un secador de pelo en recepción, pero el chico me dijo que estaban todos "ocupados" y ya eran las 11 pm!...
