Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and classy. The rooms were big, clean and very modern. I highly recommend, even though I have one complaint and that's their menu prices, way overpriced. Other than that it is a nice property and I would stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Westin Surabaya. Excellent staff and very attentive service. Club lounge on the 39th floor was perfect for team meetings and a great place for a meal or drink. We look forward to visiting the property again.

Probably the best hotel in Surabaya. The hotel is located in a mall. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. They also have one of the best spa in Surabaya. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel locates at a quiet area so I have great sleeping quality The staff treated guest as family as they remembered me and cared about my requirement of being vegetarian. It is absolutely no problem for coming back next time!
