"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. "The property is unique in that there are several different levels and different room types. The decor is very interesting with lots of plants and statues and two talkative parrots. We were in a top floor room with two beds and a fabulous view. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The location to walk along the malecon to town was convenient and offered us the opportunity to walk to several different restaurants.
