"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"We travel to this city every 2-3 months and stayed at this hotel 3 times so far, each time about 1-2 weeks. My previous experiences with this hotel were satisfactory. However, this time, it was really frustrating. Main reason we chose this one was for the internet access. I have had really really frustrating experience with internet at this hotel. Most secure (https) websites wont work. http site speed is so so - goes on and off. I've changed room because of this, but that didn't help. House...

"The hotel was about an hour out of Hangzhou, so away from the buildings and traffic. Located in a small village, it was. 5 minute bus drive back to the lake, so pretty convenient. The room was small, and in need of some repairs. Bathroom also small. The front desk was very helpful, her English was excellent. Walking distance the Lingyin Temple precinct. Plenty of nice local cafes nearby. "
