"Hotel was extremely homely and welcoming, just as the staff and owner were. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of town to get an experience closer to “locals”, and this hotel did not disappoint. Everything was clean, and I got a better night’s sleep here than our last stop in a big hotel. It’s so cosy, and the breakfast also deserves a mention; very healthy and tasty. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! "

"龍井の山にあるセンスのよいホテルです。 周辺の環境は山以外何もないですが、静かでよいです。1.5kmほど下に降りると、レストランやカフェなどがある集落があります。 スタッフは皆感じがよく、宿泊客との距離感もほどよく、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、何もかもがスムーズでした。 清掃も行き届いており、素早く、丁寧でした。 三食提供される食事は可もなく不可もなく普通でした。部屋に無料のミニバーがあり、充実していました。 家よりも落ち着くホテルでした。 また再訪したいと思います。"

"The information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY....
